My name is Julia Fincher. I was born and raised in Long Beach, California, which is where my yoga journey began! In high school I was introduced to Bikram yoga and fell deeply in love with the practice. Years later I had my first born daughter and suffered with postpartum depression, it wasn’t until then where I truly found yoga and began to incorporate into a daily practice which then became my lifestyle. Through practice, dedication and connection to spirituality, I found my soul purpose in this life, which is to share this beautiful practice of yoga to all who are open to receive.
I completed my 200 hr teacher training from my beloved teacher Lisa Asha Rapp with My Yoga Spirit. Very shortly after that I received my 25 hr SUP yoga intensive teacher training from one of my greatest inspirations and teacher Leah Vernon with Yoga Kai. In 2014 I took over a donation based Sunset and Candlelight yoga class at Magic Island beach park and became the founder of Yoga Bliss Hawaii. I work with a non-profit organization Travel2Change hosting yoga, beach cleanups and canned food-drives to help travelers as well as locals become more involved and give back to our community.
I teach a creative, fun and sweaty Vinyasa flow designed for ALL LEVELS to connect body, mind and spirit. During this practice we delve into mantra, pranayama, asana flowing into a meditative state, finishing with  a sweet savasana! In my classes I encourage students to fully connect with the elements of nature and deeply tap into consciousness with body, mind and spirit. I love offering a lighthearted flow allowing students to feel beautiful in there skin and greet themselves with kindness exactly where they are in that moment. My goal is to share my deep rooted love and passion and lifestyle of Yoga with my community!
