ALANA draw great joy from her own Yoga practice and hopes to share that with her students. She is a compassionate and lighthearted teacher, whose classes are fun, dynamic, and heartfelt. She focuses on breath and alignment to maintain a safe environment, where she and her students can practice in their own heart-centered space. Alana has been practicing Yoga for about 10 years and received her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in various styles from the Hawaii Yoga Institute. Alana feels truly “at home” while on her mat, and she hope that you will too!
