Becca started practicing yoga in 2006, but it wasn’t until she realized the depth and inner magic that came from slowing down her practice that yoga became more than just asana. From then on, she hungered for a holistic approach to life and kept yoga as a constant through life transitions including, most recently, motherhood.

She moved to Oahu in 2011 and immersed herself in the playful aspect of yoga outdoors. She received her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training through Hawaii Yoga Institute, which offered a foundation of various yoga styles. Becca enjoys teaching yoga from a creative space, encouraging curious and playful thinking, moving towards wholeness and encouraging others to be healthy, happy & free.

Becca is passionate about movement as well as stillness, the energy of the outdoors and personal well-being. Her yoga continues to evolve with hopes of sharing light, empowerment and liberation. Like a tree, she feels it is significant to become rooted and free.
