Yoga, meditation, plant-based eating and time connecting with the beauty of the present moment in nature has been key on my healing journey – and as I continue to face the challenges of life in this hectic world today.
Seeing the power in taking responsibility for my mental & physical health, through holistic healing practices has inspired me to share all I learn on this endless journey of healing and self-discovery we find ourselves on.
I began teaching yoga at a Women’s safe house, focusing on teaching the how to re-connect with the body through breath and movement. While I give alignment cues and directions, I really encourage students to tune into their own inner guide, listen into their bodies and move in a way that feels good for them.
I completed my 200 hour RYT through Yoga East + West; 36 hour Yoga Nidra & 36 hour Ayurveda training through Open Space Yoga;60 hour Ayurveda Yoga Shakti training through the American Institute of Vedic Studies and 280 hours of yoga immersion training studying Hatha Yoga, Yoga Activism and Yoga for Women with Bex Tyrer at the Yoga Barn in Bali and love combining elements from all trainings and experiences when sharing yoga.
