My name is Marina Karabelnik. I began practicing Yoga 10 years ago, after returning from India. I’m inspired by the continuous learning and the ongoing physical, and mental growth I experience by practicing Yoga as a way of life. After years of practice I felt a desire to share with others the magic of Yoga. I came to Hawaii from Israel after finishing my 200hrs training in Yoga Vinyasa.
My style of Yoga is active, fluid and dynamic, focusing on the synchronization of movement and breath, while staying attentive to the body. I have learned that the practice of Yoga allows us to experience the present and reach the level of true meditation through physical effort in our asanas.
I love working together with my students to discover the movement our bodies ask of us,so we may feed the soul, and through sweat, find inner peace.
“Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul creates the symphony of life.” B.K.S. Iyengar
